TRUSTING of POST-PROCESSING at TGCC irene-skylake

This trusting evaluates the possible technical issues with the post-processing operations launched by libIGCM in the wake of a simulation, at Irene-AMD/TGCC.

Each line in the grey table corresponds to a specific installation of and ORCHIDEE_4_3 offline 2Y experiment, and related tests. The revision number of modipsl is set in column 2.

This trusting assesses:

1. the completion of the 2Y run;
2. the good behaviour in the generation of TS files (3D, SRF_2D and SBG_2D);
3. the good behaviour in the generation of SE files;
4. the good behaviour generation of a C-ESM-EP atlas.

There is no particular dependency on -prod or -debug mode: the nominal experiment is compiled and run in -prod mode. Likewise, the duration is set to a fixed 2Y period. No cross-comparison of results in-between trusting batches is operated. Computing times for each of the post-processing operations are given for the sake of information.
